Section 4 - Additional services
For a small additional fee, we can print your wedding guest's names onto the invitations and address your envelopes for you. Please check the boxes below if you would like to take advantage of any of these offers

If you want to go for that little extra touch of elegance we can replace the ink printing on the front of your stationery (wedding invitation, Menu etc) with hot foil printing. This is the technique which is usually seen on greetings cards on the high street and can be produced in any colour and text font you wish. If you would like the foil printing please tick the boxs below.

(Please note that due to costs involved with foil printing, a one off charge of £20 per order will be added to cover the costs of producing the printing blocks required)

   
Section 5 - Order of Service
 

If you would like to purchase Order of Service cards please do so at the same time as ordering your invitations, even if you do not know your final guest figures or wording details. Please give an estimated number required which can be confirmed nearer the time.

Section 6 - Menu Cards
 

Menus are placed on each table at the Wedding Breakfast. Again, please place your order for these at the same time as your invitations as final numbers needed can be adjusted nearer the date.

Section 7 - Table Plans
 

A table plan is usually placed outside the wedding breakfast venue so that all guests can see where they will be seated for the meal.
They are made using A3 card and are co-ordinated with your chosen stationery design.  We can also frame your table plan if you require.

Section 8 - Numbers Required
 

When ordering your items please remember that invitations are usually sent one per couple (not per guest) and it is sensible to order a few extra if you are planning to write the names in yourself just incase of errors.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this order form. Once we have received your order we will then send you an invoice requesting payment of 50% of the order value (or full payment if complete order is less than £100). Once we receive this payment we can begin work on your order.
